General conditions of export sale offered by
„CEPELIA” Polska Sztuka i Rękodzieło Sp z o.o.

1. Price
   - quoted in the currency of the purchaser\'s home country or other currency typically negotiated in
      foreign transactions,
   - calculated individually based on data such as volume, mode of delivery and terms of payment,
   - valididity of offer will be given accordingly.

2. Packing
   - standard, adequate for each kind of article and the prevention of damage during transport.

3. Delivery base and time
   - according to the conditions of the Incoterms 2000.

4. Terms of payment
   -  50% prepayment together with order and the balance two weeks prior to the shipment or
      irrevocable Letter of Credit.     

5. Minimum order
   - for volume quantities only.

6. Samples of products
   - delivered on request against prepayment for costs of samples and freight.
